College and High School Summer Program
June 19th-August 14th
Eight Week Strength and Conditioning Program designed to get players stronger faster and more explosive.
In addition players are on a strict throwing program designed to maximize and increase Arm Strength, Endurance, and Velocity. There is also attentiom to the detail of arm maintenece and injury prevention.
Plyometrics, Interval Training, Core Workout, and Conditioning help increase Speed and Agility. The goal is to improve 60 yard dash times, and endurance.
Strength Training using both free weights, and State of the Art Fast Twitch equipment help develop overall strength and explosiveness.
Yoga / Dynamic Stretch designed specifically for baseball players develop overall flexibility, and helps prevent injury.
